Indigenous Walking Tours – FULL

At Home in Highlands, in collaboration with Talking Rock Tours, is pleased to offer Indigenous Walking Tours of Highlands, The tours will educate participants about the Indigenous history in our community. The tours will be approximately 2 hours and take place on both paved and river valley trail surfaces. Further information will be provided closer to the chosen tour date regarding weather, location of start, etc.
The first tour takes place Saturday, October 19 from 10am to 12 pm. Start location to be determined closer to the date. You will be emailed specific details as things like weather and trail condition need to be taken into account.
A second tour will take place Saturday, October 19 from 1:30-3:30 pm.
These tours are FREE to residents of Highlands and are being funded by the Community Safety and Well-Being grant received by At Home in Highlands. Participant numbers are limited to 40 in total.
