Community Safety & Well-Being Project

In December 2022, At Home in Highlands received funding from the City of Edmonton for a Community Safety & Well-Being project. These funds have a number of deliverables attached to them. These include:

  • Build a Highlands Neighbourhood Profile & Needs Assessment;
  • Develop a detailed description of the At Home in Highlands Model;
  • Develop partnerships with Service Providers;
  • Explore alignment of At Home in Highlands model with City of Edmonton planning and policies;
  • Engage landlords and pilot/evaluate E4C’s Diversity Certified training course.

The project is ongoing for 2 years. Updates to the City of Edmonton and community happen on an ongoing basis.
